I played co-ed softball for 38yrs and loved it!How long have you been a Behemoth member and how did you hear about us?
I started my journey with the gym in August of last year. My daughter asked me to come for over a year before I finally gave in and said I would. My thoughts were Crossfit was for the younger generation, boy was I wrong, watching others my age rock the work outs, gave me hope. What are some of your proudest accomplishments since starting with us? (this can be physical, mental, emotional, don’t just think inside the gym, this can be anything you truly feel great about!)
Since starting the gym, I have more confidence, energy and endurance. I was a physical mess when I first started, but I have muscles now!!! I thank all the coaches and members for helping me get to my current goals.Talk a little bit about your journey, who were you or what were you struggling with before starting with Behemoth and who are you now since being a part of this gym culture and community?
Being part of BGYM, has been amazing! When I started, I was not healthy at all. I was on medications and I needed to lose weight. With the coaching and constant contact with the coaches, even outside the gym, I have lost 25lbs and after 6 months of hard work and dedication, with my coaches helping me reach my goals, I have been taken off my medications! True story. What is your favorite part about Behemoth and what keeps you coming back?
I love the group classes and how they encourage each other. What is one piece of advice you’d give to someone just starting out with Behemoth or maybe hesitant in starting out?
Don’t let the word crossfit intimidate you. If you truly want to make a healthier change, do it for you and no one else. These coaches genuinely care about your wellbeing.Behemoth Mad Lib
