Jolie Morrow is our spotlight athlete for December. Take a read below to find out a little bit more about this BSHEmoth!Who are you? Tell us a little about yourself or something that would surprise us.I’m a Houston native. I went to High School in Maryland and then graduated from Auburn University. I live in Katy with my husband and we have 3 children; Conner (20 - at Texas A&M), Alexandra (16 - Auburn hopeful) and Jesse (6).How and when were you introduced to Behemoth? At the VERY beginning when In The Zone advertised that Behemoth Crossfit was coming! What are you most proud of, physically, mentally or both since beginning with us?My body composition has definitely improved, I’m stronger physically and I make better choices about what goes into my body (most the time). Why Behemoth? Two words: Aja and Aryan. I would be stupid not to take advantage of their knowledge and genuine desire to help people pursue a better fitness level. What next? What are you excited about pursuing here in the future?I still struggle with what I put in my mouth and I’m determined to make a life long change and being here will only help me with that goal. I want to continue to get a consistent, safe workout.“3, 2, 1...Go” Mad Lib section-My favorite lift is... do pull ups count???-My most frequent class I come to is... 9:30am-I have always wanted to... be a singer!-When I’m not crushing weights, my favorite thing to do is...go on vacation with my family-Favorite “application of fitness” outside of the gym is...doing anything better than my 16 year old daughter!
